I've managed bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll for a multi-location business with 20 locations, and I spent five years as a Payroll Account Manager supporting a payroll company's highest-revenue clients.
I work with a small number of clients so I can get to know each business well. Whether you run one location or several, you'll work directly with me.

A fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing
After we talk through your business, you'll receive a quote that clearly outlines what's included. Software subscriptions, such as QuickBooks or your payroll provider, are billed directly to you.
Essentials
For smaller or simpler businesses. Up to about 150 transactions a month and 3 bank or credit card accounts.
Standard
For established businesses. About 150 to 400 transactions a month and up to 6 accounts. Adds sales reconciliation and sales tax tracking.
Multiple Locations
For businesses with two or more locations or entities. Standard service for each location.

QuickBooks Online setup, cleanup or catch-up of existing books, payroll setup, bill pay setup, and 1099 preparation.
